No prepared sanitizer was observed in the food‑handling area. The operator subsequently provided a sanitizer spray bottle upon request.

Food items were found in the hot‑holding unit past their indicated use by times as shown on the time label slips. All food items were voluntarily discarded by the operator during the inspection. PHI provided education on the proper application of Time as a Public Health Control, emphasizing accurate monitoring, and timely disposal to ensure food safety.

Light was observed coming through from the back exterior door, indicating a gap that may serve as a potential entry point for pests.
