No sanitizer was detected in any of the three sanitizer containers. The facility uses QUAT for surface sanitation. Ensure that proper sanitizer solutions are prepared and available at all times. Maintain QUAT sanitizer solutions at 200 ppm., , New sanitizer solutions were prepared onsite. QUAT was then measured at 200 ppm., , ***Please check the sanitizer dispenser for excessive foam. Please adjust the dispenser and maintain.
