Informed that this microwave is not used or used as a backup to the primary when necessary. Please ensure the microwave is either routinely cleaned and maintained or taken offsite if not in use.

Chlorine test strips were unable to be located. Please obtain chlorine test strips and ensure surface sanitizer and the sanitizing step for dishwashing measure at 100 ppm chlorine.
