Please ensure that at least one person holding an acceptable Food Safety certificate is present on site to supervise food preparation.

The facility does not meet dishwashing requirements: unapproved residental-style dishwasher was used for dishwashing in the OSC room (no NSF-certification and sanitizing cycle). , The daycare was providing snacks and lunches (including raw meat) to 86 children, with 30 OSC children, and was using a residential-style dishwasher (two 2-compartment sinks were available and approved for dishashing). An approved residential-style dishwasher (NSF-certified and with sanitizing cycle) may be allowed to be used in the OSC room if all dishes can be completed in one cycle (under 30 children) and sanitizing cycle is used. The manual dishwashing method using the approved sinks should be conducted in the daycare part kitchen, as was approved.
