Ensure sanitizer concentration is maintained at adequate concentration, review dispensing process with staff. Corrected on site: staff members assisted and review with staff member how to properly dispense sanitizer. Sanitizer concentration was adequate when sanitizer was discarded and refilled.
*Staff was discarding old sanitizer in the hand sink located by the dishwashing. Stop this practice, ensure hand sink is kept clean for hand washing only. Only discard chemicals in a proper sink. Corrected on site: PHI stopped staff and discussed hand sink requirements.
