*6100- a plate of toast and eggs were found in the microwave. Discard. Review with staff members how to properly save food products for residents. Food products should be covered, dated and placed into the cooler or kept in hot holding. Food was discarded.
*3100- Residents personal food items were stored in facility refrigerator. Relocate resident food items to resident designated refrigerator. Please remind staff about the residents designated refrigerator on this unit. Completed on site.
