One of the staff in charge of the kitchen mentioned that tables are clean after each customer use, but the condiments remain out throughout the day., PHI educate staff on proper storage of condiments to prevent contamination from dust and making items unsafe for consumption., All condiments outside were thrown out into the garbage during inspection., Advised staff to ensure food items are stored as per manufacturer's instructions.
