A few flies were observed. Fly traps hanged were filled with flies and thus, not effective to catch flies in the kitchen., - Observed that the screen door at the back was removed. Staff stated that good deliveries were done prior to the time of inspection., , - Replace fly traps in the kitchen as needed to ensure equipment is effective to trap flies and protect food from contamination., - Ensure to find a workable solution to control the flies population., - Ensure to replace door screen to control entry of flies into the kitchen area.
