Hand washing sinks did not have paper towels., - Ensure to keep the hand washing sink fully supplied.

**The violation still exists**, The handsink near the dishwashing sink had no barrier., - Install a barrier.

**Repeat Violations**, 1) Wall tiles throughout the kitchen were stapled in place and many of them were lifting, damaged and/or missing. Areas were very difficult to clean. Please remove/replace wall tiles with acceptable material or finishing. Use light coloured materials., 4) Some ceiling tiles in both dry storage rooms were badly damaged or missing. Please replace., 5) The ceiling tiles in the staff bathroom were water damaged. Please address any overhead leaks and replace ceiling tiles., , **Update from August 25,2025**, The caulking was coming off from the hand sink near the dishwashing sink., - Re do the caulking on the handwashing sink.
