The wrong test strips for sanitizer were available on site. Test strips for QUATS was provided while a chlorine sanitizer was being used. Please ensure to obtain the correct test strips for the sanitizer used.
The residential fridge was measured at 8°C. Raw Pork BBQ Skewers, Raw Chicken, Cut Onions and Vegetables, and Spring Rolls were measured at 10-12C; these food items were discarded during the inspection. There was no other functional cooler available during the inspection.
The soap and paper towels in the handwashing station was not in dispensers.
The handwashing access was blocked off with utensils.
