1) The walk-in cooler door handle had a build-up of old food/sauce/grime., -clean and sanitize the handles of frequently touched food equipment on a regular basis. , , 2) There was grease/oil, debris under and behind the cooking equipment., -move equipment and clean the floor/walls, etc on a regular basis (weekly, biweekly, monthly).
