Providence Care Centre - Food

Improper glove use was observed in the main kitchen. The dishwasher went from handling dirty dishes to clean dishes without removing gloves and washing hands. , -The dishwasher was asked to remove gloves and wash hands at the time of the visit. Please review proper glove use and handwashing procedures with all food services staff.

There was some food debris build up on the refrigerator handles, on the toaster, and in some cupboards in the Birchwood dining area., -Please thoroughly clean the above noted areas.
