Ice in bus pan holding containers of vegetables and some potentially hazardous items is in contact with the bottoms of the containers only. Ice must be to the level of the food in the containers in order to cool them.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature registered 69C. Sanitization occurs at or above 71C. Repair company contacted, to visit July 14th.
Kitchen handsink was repeatedly blocked by items - this sink must be available for handwashing at all times.
There is a significant hot water leak from the faucet of the two-compartment sink. Have this leak repaired.
Ice Scoop had been placed directly on the dusty top of the ice machine. A clean scoop must be placed inside a clean, washable container, both of which should be washed & sanitized in the dishwasher at the end of each day.
