Facility was restricted to handle "Pre-packaged low-risk foods only - no preparation of food" however was selling perishable foods (milk) in the cooler. Cooler temp was satisfactory - inspector will update food permit fee and restriction to reflect current level of food handling.
The fan guard in the cooler was dusty. Please clean.
