Freshly made sanitizer solution from two of the wall-mounted Quat sanitizer dispensers at the pot wash and the hot side measured at approximately 150 ppm. Also, a couple of the spray bottles measured at approximately 50 ppm. , , - Service/calibrate the sanitizer dispensers. Quat sanitizers must be used at 200 ppm. , - In the interim, ensure to manually mix Quat sanitizer solutions to 200 ppm or use the dispenser in the dishwashing room which is dispensing at the required concentration of 200 ppm.
Quat sanitizer solutions concentrations are not being verified at adequate intervals. , - Please ensure sanitizer solutions are added to the daily checklists to identify concentration/dispenser issues immediately.
