1. Light covers in the kitchen were cracked., - Replace them., 2. Wall floor joint requires proper seal and missing base boards by grease trap., - Install baseboards., 3. There were holes in the drywall around the pipes near the grease trap., - Seal the holes in the drywall surrounding the grease trap to prevent pest entry and maintain sanitary conditions.
