Second compartment sink drain plug is missing., - Acquire a second drain plug to ensure staff are able to fill both compartments with soapy water and sanitizer when dishwashing manually.

The handwash sink was blocked and not accessible., -move all the stuff that is hanging in front of the sink; remove all the items stored in the sink. The hand sink must be easily accessible and used frequently.

There was no soap dispenser at the handwash sink, -install a soap dispenser; all handwash sinks must have soap and paper towel dispensers.
