PassThe paper towel located at the front cashier's area was not inside a proper dispenser unit. Paper towel will not remain sanitary being stored close to the sink basin (due to splatter)., , REQUIREMENT: Install a proper contained dispenser for the paper towel.
There was a notable gap located at the bottom of the entrance door (gas station side) and the back door. Pest control records indicate that minor activity was noted, and these gaps may have contributed., , REQUIREMENT: Install proper weatherstripping which will remove the noted gaps.
