1) Large white plastic container of cooked meat was stored on the counter without any temperature control with a surface temperature between 1°C to 7°C., , 2) Uncooked frozen raw meat was stored in a stainless-steel container on the chest freezer., , 3) Food items such as two full crates of eggs and bread flour were stored on the floor in the dry storage area in the basement., , 4) A container of salt was stored on the floor without a lid in the preparation area of the basement

The basement ceilings had stains marking on the ceiling surfaces.

The meat processor was operating without a valid and subsisting food handling permit from Alberta Health Services.
