Chlorine sanitizer levels are too low at dishwasher to sanitize dishes. Ensure dishwasher sanitizer levels are re-calibrated and dishwasher adequately monitored for adequate chemical levels. Three compartment sink can be used for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing if dishwasher not working.
