Cupboard with dishwasher chemicals did not have childproof latch/lock. Ensure all lower cupboards with chemicals are childproofed.
Several entries on temperature log indicate fridge temperature at 42F (although temperature was measured at 40F/4C). Ensure food remains at or below 40F. Fridge turned down at time of inspection. Ensure corrective actions are taken if temperature of over 40C recorded, staff may want to measure food temperature rather than ambient temperature of the fridge as food temperature will be more consistent.
