RéussiPaper towel dispenser for hand sink beside dishwasher was not working (staff reports battery needed and in progress). Ensure paper towel provided to wash hands in meantime; keep spare batteries on-site.
Some dust / debris noted on ceiling above condenser fan. Remove any dust from around condenser fan in walk-in cooler.

Feb 29/24 inspection: black mould/debris was noted on wall behind dishwasher and on caulking on dirty side of dishwasher. , Dish washing area requires more detailed cleaning. **OUTSTANDING SINCE PREVIOUS REPORT, ensure plan is in place to keep this area clean, dry and free of mould**
