Hand sink on main cooking line initially did not have soap/paper towel. New dispensers and supplies provided at time of inspection - good.
A couple of ice scoops were noted sitting on top of ice machine; ensure these are placed in clean container or on hook prior to using (store in clean and sanitary manner).
Final cleaning is required for back prep room and mop area floors. Some debris and extra equipment was noted in these areas.
