Sink for hand-washing was removed from the wall with no caulking, which may lead to water damage in the wall surface material behind the sink. Secure the sink fixture and ensure that proper caulking is in place around the sink to prevent water damage.
Ice scoop was placed on top of the ice machine with other items stored on the same surface. Keep all utensils including ice scoop in a designated container to prevent contamination. Operator removed the scoop for washing during the inspection.
Dust build-up noted on ceiling surface. Clean ceiling.

The immersion blender was stored on the wall directly beside the two-compartment sink used for handwashing and was partially positioned within the sink area, making it prone to contamination. It was moved during the inspection. Equipment must be stored in a manner that protects it from contamination.

1. Chlorine sanitizer bucket at front measured 0ppm chlorine. Ensure chlorine sanitizer is maintained at 100ppm., , 2. Cloths were not fully submerged in sanitizer bucket at front. Ensure cloths are stored fully submerged in sanitizer solution.
When inspector arrived, tomatillos were being prepared in sink used for hand washing and sink was inaccessible for handwashing. This was corrected during inspection. Ensure sink is always kept accessible for handwashing.
Cleaning is required under shelving in kitchen and in walk in freezer on the floor and shelving. Please clean and ensure these areas are added to a regular cleaning schedule.

Two used cleaning cloths were observed in kitchen on food prep surface and under grill. These were placed into sanitizing solution during the inspection. Ensure cloths are stored in sanitizer when not in use.

, There were several areas of walls that required repair and repainting. This included the corner by sliding upright cooler. Please ensure these areas are repaired and repainted so walls are easily cleanable.

Diapering pad in women's washroom had cloth material on edges that could not be easily cleaned and disinfected. Replace with non-porous cover that is easy to clean and disinfect.
