Several individual bottles of Ensure nutritional supplement beverage were found in the display cooler. Owner indicated that these were the same Ensure products that were on-site at the April 2, 2025 inspection and that they were obtained from random individuals., , April 2. 2025: Several boxes of Ensure nutritional supplement beverages had shipping labels to various Edmonton pharmacies on them. The owner admitted that he purchases them from random patrons and did not have receipts to show where they were purchased from. , , REQUIRED ACTION: Obtain products from approved sources only and keep receipts. Discard products purchased from unapproved sources. Receipts must be available upon request for review at future inspections.

No pest control devices were noted during the inspection., , April 2, 2025: Some mouse droppings were noted in the following areas:, -in the large storage room on the floor in the southwest corner and along the north wall, -in the small storage room close to the backdoor in the southwest corner, , REQUIRED ACTION: clean and sanitize these areas as discussed during the inspection.
