Overall the general sanitation of the kitchen is poor., , The floor and shelves in the "storage area" have obviously not been cleaned in some time., The shelves below the meat slicer have an accumulation of neglected items/equipment and food debris., The doors and handles on the pizza toppings prep cooler have old, dried food and grime on them., The upright, non-working "cooler" with no doors is disorganized and has food debris all over it., The staff table in the back area appears to have not been wiped down in a long time., The mixing bowl of a large unused mixer is being used a garbage can., , There is NO reason for a commercial kitchen to be this dirty and disorganized.
