Cleaning cloths were being stored inside buckets containing 0ppm sanitizer. Facility to ensure these buckets are frequently replaced to ensure it always tests ≥200ppm quat. This was changed and corrected during the inspection.

Weatherstripping on the back door needs installing to help with preventing pests from entering.
