1) A sanitizer pail was found at 0 ppm despite being changed at the time of the inspection. The operator checked the dispenser system and a new batch of sanitizer was dispensed at 200 ppm. The dispenser will be repaired to ensure correct delivery of sanitizer. Ensure that sanitizer used to eliminate microbes has a concentration of 200pm as verified by test strips.
1) A carton of half and half cream was found at 18 degrees Celsius near the drive thru window. Since staff did not recall when the cream was left at room temperature, it was discarded. , , 2) A carton of coconut milk and a carton of whipping cream were found at 14 degrees Celsius on a food surface near the drive thru window. Since staff mentioned that the cartons were there for a short period of time, the cartons were put in a cooler., , Ensure that perishable items including cream, coconut milk, and whipping cream are stored at 4 degrees Celsius or below to prevent the growth of microbes.
1) Some possible mouse droppings were found at the base of the electrical panel in the back area and the women's bathroom. Ensure that mouse droppings are cleaned using hantavirus precautions and verify with the pest control technician the presence of droppings.
