The chlorine-based surface sanitizer was measured above 1000 ppm. It was discarded, and a demonstration was provided on how to prepare 100–200 ppm chlorine solution. Please ensure the sanitizer concentration is appropriate for food contact surfaces and equipment.

A scoop without a handle was observed in the bulk sesame seeds bin. The staff member was instructed to replace it with a handled scoop, and all scoops should be stored upright to prevent handles from touching the food.
