Owner asked if the hand sink could be installed in the hallway close to the entrance diagonally across from the back kitchen. It was stated that it could be installed in that area as it was close enough to the coffee bar area. The owner indicated that it would be completed within a month., , For the time being, no food handling/preparation in the coffee bar area.
