There was no evidence of mice in the kitchen, bars, or customer area, only the warehouse., Please ensure dead mouse and mouse droppings are wet and then cleaned (DO NOT SWEEP OR VACUUM), and areas are properly sanitized. The box of paper that had been chewed through and was being used for nesting material was still there, along with previous mouse droppings. Much of the warehouse had been cleaned of mouse droppings. Please ensure mouse droppings are safely disposed of and the area is sanitized appropriately. Please also dispose of nesting material. Ensure pest control is aware of the infestation and continue to work with them.

The cutting board on the prep cooler in the Snax kitchen closest to the handwashing station is discoloured and grooved, which does not allow for appropriate cleaning and sanitizing. Please repair or replace this cutting board.
1. The big ice machine between the main Alta kitchen and the walk in coolers has a light yellow/green coloured mold-like substance on the interior underside. Please ensure this is cleaned and sanitized., , 2. The nozzles on the pepsi machine and folgers machine just outside the main Alta kitchen had a build up of residue. Please ensure these are cleaned and sanitized., , 3. The clear drain pan and drain in the middle sink of the satellite night bar were dirty. Please ensure the drain pan is removed from the sink at the end of each day and cleaned, as well as the drain under it. , , 4. The ventilation hoods in the Snax kitchen had a build up of grease, and grease had dripped down the walls on to the floor beneath the grills and begun to pile up into a layer that was a few inches thick in some areas. Please ensure the hoods, walls behind the grills and the floors underneath the grills are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized., , 5. The food carts used to transport food between areas had a build up of dirt and food residue. Please ensure carts are cleaned and sanitized and add to regular cleaning schedule.

Yes (corrected during inspection) - in the main kitchen, at the side food prep/storage area (in corner adjacent to sinks), there was an uncovered dry food storage container (as the lid was left 'opened' after use). The operator was advised to ensure staff cover any unused dry food storage containers. This was corrected at time of inspection.
No - there was observation of one (1) dead rodent (mouse) inside a metal rodent trap alongside the wall at the far end corridor of the warehouse storage area. Also, there were a few mouse droppings (20+) in between pallets in the middle section of the main warehouse storage area. There was no observation of any persistent rodent activity, only minimal sighting at this one trap, with all remaining insect/rodent traps in the overall food premises were clear/empty. , , The operator is to wash and sanitize the floor sections identified in the main warehouse storage area and continue with regular pest control monitoring and service, as before.
