The heat lamp used to hot-hold pork was not operating properly. It was observed that a different light bulb had been installed in one of the sockets, and it was not providing sufficient heat. Please discontinue use of this unit until it is functioning correctly.

Lots of misc. items noted in the back area. Please remove/discard unused items
