The concentration of the chlorine was at 50 ppm (too low) in the sink used for dish sanitization during the manual dishwashing. It was addressed during the inspection. Ensure that the chlorine concentration is over 100 ppm.
Improper steps of manual dishwashing was observed: the dishes were washed, sanitized and then rinsed - one sink was filled with soapy water and the other with chlorine bleach sanitizer. Ensure that the dishes are washed with soapy water, rinsed with clean water and then sanitizer with chlorine solution and air dried.
No pest control records were available since September 2024. Please ensure that pest control records are maintained., Note: pest monitoring traps observed in the facility did not show pests activity.
