During the inspection the self-serve ice cream was noted to be visibly curdled and off. Indicating that the ice cream had not been maintained at an adequate temperature. , A flying insect was also observed in the in the ice cream. The machine was turned off during the inspection. , , Please ensure the equipment is thoroughly cleaned with an appropriate cleaner and that the temperature is adequately maintained at all times.
During the inspection the visible buildup of mold was noted in the stand-up cooler near the Slurpee machine. , , Please thoroughly clean this cooler and wash it with a sanitizing solution regularly to prevent the reoccurance of mold.
