The bleach solution in the kitchen was not properly labelled with its contents.

Ground chicken with vegetables were present on the stove in a pot and measured to be approx. 45-50C. , , A small container of ground chicken was measured at 29C on the counter.

Hot water (45C) was not available in the kitchen for dishwashing. Water was measured to be approx. 36.5C.
