Walk in cooler: A cut pumpkin was not properly wrapped or covered. Ensure all food items are adequately protected during storage., A bag of produce (breadfruit) stored in a mesh sack was observed directly on the floor. Ensure all food items are stored off the floor and protected from contamination.
Personal cell phones were observed on food preparation tables. Designate a suitable area for storage of staff personal belongings away from food preparation and storage areas.
