1. An accumulation of dust and grease was observed on the interior of the ventilation hood. The ventilation system has not been serviced since August 2023. Please clean the ventilation hood, including the filters, and schedule the system for servicing to prevent a fire hazard., , 2. The light bulb in the walk-in cooler was not working. When the switch was turned on, the bulb did not illuminate. Please ensure the light is repaired and functioning properly.
