Walk in cooler - Observed containers of raw meat (chicken) being stored above watermelon and large crate of uncut cabbages. Please ensure raw meats are being stored below and away from any ready to eat food items, fruits & vegetables.
No temperature control for cooked bulgogi beef. Operator explained they turn off the crockpot that holds the bulgogi beef because it burns it.
Kitchen handsink - paper towel dispenser (auto) not working properly (or not working at all). Please replace if unable to fix.
Additional cleaning required for the shaved ice machine. Observed residue/debris on metal parts of the machine.
