Sanitizer solution was not available during the inspection. A solution at 100ppm was made during the inspection.

Cabinet containing chemicals was observed to be unlocked and accessible during the inspection. It was locked by the PHI and staff attention was drawn to this.

Handwash soap was not available at the time of inspection. The director refilled the soap bottle. Please ensure handwash supplies is available always.
