No hot water was available at the corner hand sink in the kitchen. The hot water tap was in disrepair. Please repair the hand sink. Ensure hot water is available at all times for proper hand washing. Two other hand sinks were available for hand washing.
Paper towel dispensers at two handwashing sinks in the kitchen were found empty., , Ensure all hand sinks are equipped with paper towels at all times. Photos were later received showing the hand sinks stocked with paper towels.
1. Two small paper cups were found stored in dry food containers (flour and seasoning mix). Please use dedicated scoops or spoons with long handles to prevent contamination of food. Paper cups are intended for single use and cannot be effectively cleaned or sanitized. Please only use utensils that can be properly cleaned and sanitized., , The cups were removed from the container. Scoops will be obtained., , 2. The dipper well with used ice cream scoops was off. Ensure that the dipper well is always on and running. Once notified, the dipper well was turned back on.
The facility was generally clean and well maintained; however, the black cart in the back had a buildup of food debris. Please clean and maintain in a sanitary condition. , , Photos were later received showing that the black cart had been cleaned.
