Staff were instructed to remove some high risk perishable foods (shredded cheese, portioned sauces) still being stored in this cooler.
Small black flies noted in the back hallway and cake decorating area. Operator will contact their pest control operator.
Accumulation of food debris observed on the floor in between and behind the ice cream machines and in some cupboards in this area. Cleaning required.
