Sanitizer concentration was measured at 100 ppm. The operator prepared a fresh solution, which was re-tested and found to be at 200 ppm, meeting the required concentration.

Hand sink was observed with a sanitizer container and an empty juice bottle. The operator was instructed that handwashing sinks must be used exclusively for handwashing and kept unobstructed at all times. The operator removed the items during the inspection.
