Improper cooling practices are being followed. 1 container of cooked chicken nuggets measured at 26C , 1 small container of falafel balls measured at 26C and 1 container of cooked beans measured at 58C were left cooling on the counter, tightly covered. The chicken and falafels were discarded as staff indicated that the foods was left out at room temperature for about 2 hours. The beans were uncovered and transferred to the cooler to complete the cooling process, - Review proper cooling practices with all staff.
