-The left side glass door cooler at the back of the store, which contained high risk foods, such as milk, eggs, butter and yogurt was measured at 5 degrees C., , High risk foods must be maintained at 4 degrees C or less to prevent rapid germ growth. These foods were moved to the right side cooler, which was maintaining adequate temperatures. , , Routinely check temperatures (daily) to ensure temperatures do not exceed 4 degrees C.
