-Chemical based dishwasher was measured at 0 ppm. It was observed that the sanitizer pail was empty., , Action taken:, -New sanitizer pail was connected to the dishwasher and run for 2-3 times. After that, the chlorine concentration was measured at 100 ppm. , -Staff instructed to redo the dishes.
-Inside the walk-in coolers and a freezer, the food item present in a container were observed directly stored on the floor., , Action required:, -Staff was instructed to store all the food items above the ground to prevent food contamination.
-Chemical based dishwasher was measured art 25 ppm chlorine., , Action required:, -Get the dishwasher servicing. It must be pouring 100 ppm chlorine for adequate sanitation of the dishes., -Staff was instructed to use manual 3 sink method for washing dishes until the dishwasher get repaired by the technician.
-Pest control records were not maintained., , Action taken:, -Education was provided to do a monthly monitoring of the pest and record/document the findings., -Pest control checklist will be provided to the operator via email.
