In ComplianceBomboloni's (filled donuts) were stored in a display cooler that is not maintaining temperatures below 4C. Internal temperatures of the donuts measured at 14C. Filled donuts to be discarded due to temperature abuse. Options were provided to the manager:, 1) repair cooler so that it is maintaining temperatures of 4C or less, 2) discard donuts stored above 4C after 2h, logs must be maintained that indicate when the donuts were removed from refrigeration and what time they are to be discarded at, and how many donuts are discarded, 3) can store donuts out for display purposes only, with donuts being sold to customers being stored under 4C in a working cooler

There is no accessible handwashing sink for food handlers in the back coffee roasting/warehouse area. The 3 trough handwashing sinks are located on the other end of the facility and are not accessible. An accessible handwashing sink is required to be installed in the coffee roasting/warehouse area. A floor plan is required to be submitted for where the proposed handwash station will be installed and must be reviewed and approved by AHS prior to installing the sink.
Facility has been operating against the condition of their approval since 2017. The facility was given approval on the condition that a handwashing sink is installed in the coffee roasting/warehouse area. This condition has not been met.

Bomboloni's (filled donuts) stored at room temperature. Staff were not sure if the filling/custard has eggs, cream, or cream cheese in it as they get the donuts from another facility. If the filling has eggs or dairy in it, the product must be stored under refrigeration.
Milk, nut milks, coffee creamer were in an ice bath at 7-9C. The level of ice was too low. Ensure ice in ice bath is level with the food. More ice was added.
No liquid soap available for the 3 handwashing sinks in the back.
Moderate amount of fruit flies noted in the front area. Discuss with your pest control company to help eliminate fruit flies.
Rear door was propped open. Exterior doors are required to be closed unless there is a screen door installed to prevent the entry of pests into the facility.
