Observed some of the canned foods stored on the shelves in the storage room appeared dented, and a few missing food packaging labels. , - Discussed with operator on the state of food items donated to the center to ensure the food is safe for consumption. , - Operator will remove food cans that are dented, bulged or missing manufacturer's label.
There were no chlorine test strips to check sanitizer concentration and to ensure utensils are adequately sanitized. Operator will order appropriate sanitizer test strips before the program commences.
