Not in ComplianceA black garbage bag was being used to store bread crusts in the freezer. Garbage bags are normally treated with chemicals which can transfer onto food. Bread crusts were discarded during inspection., In future, use a plastic bag that states it is food-grade.
Quat testing strips needed to check the concentration of the quat sanitizer. Some were ordered during inspection.
