Foodhandler was not always washing hands between handling cellphone or cash and scooping ice cream. Hands are to be washed in between handling cellphone/cash and food handling. Ensure use the handwashing sink, soap and shut off the taps with paper towels afterwards to avoid re-contaminating hands.

Facility was almost out of their QUAT surface sanitizer at the time of inspection. It had been ordered and should arrive soon. When the remaining bottle was tested the concentration was under 100ppm. , , - Ensure there is adequate sanitizer for food contact surfaces available at all times.
Food handlers were observed not washing thier hands properly after handling payments before returning to food handling. , , - Ensure staff are turning off the taps with paper towels as to not contaminate the taps after washing their hands.
No thermometer equipped with a max/min function was available onsite to test the temperature of the high-temperature dishwasher. , , - Acquire an appropriate thermometer and ensure the dishwasher is capable of reaching 71C at the plate level for adequate sanitization.
, Many flies and fruit flies were observed in the front counter area and back kitchen area. , , - Consult with pest control operator to reduce the number of flies.

There was a slight accumulation of debris in hard to reach areas. Stand up cooler also requires cleaning in the interior as well as chocolate warmer. Please clean the noted areas regularly.
