Fridge/freezer temperature logs were not being maintained. Please check and record temperature of any fridges/freezers that contain high risk foods (e.g. dairy) on a daily basis. Corrected during inspection.

One spray bottle of sanitizer was not labelled as to its contents. Corrected during inspection.
